We take the safety of our staff and customers with the utmost importance. As a tattoo studio we already follow extremely high standards of hygiene, with the studio being cleaned to the highest levels. However we ask our clients to follow government guidelines in order for us to continue operating.
Failure to comply with the following policies will result in loss of appointment and deposit.
NO EXCEPTIONS
SICKNESS – If you have had any sickness within 2 weeks prior to your appointment please contact us and do not attend your appointment. We will gladly reschedule your appointment. If you arrive with any sign of cold/flu like symptoms you will be sent home.
APPOINTMENT ONLY – We are only accepting pre-arranged appointments. Consultations can still be arranged via phone/video call. Please contact us to book in for a consultation.
PLEASE ARRIVE TO YOUR APPOINTMENT ON TIME AND ALONE – We have to stagger our appointments to ensure we keep to social distancing guidelines (If the reception area is busy you maybe asked to wait outside). Any friends or family will be asked to wait outside or leave.
WASH/SANITISE YOUR HANDS immediately upon entering the studio. Use the hand sanitiser provided on the front desk. Your temperature will be taken by a member of staff on your arrival. Please wash and sanitise your hands regularly throughout your visit.
SANITISE ALL PERSONAL BELONGINGS – Phone, keys, bottled water, bag etc.
MASKS – Both artists and customers to wear a face mask at all times.
PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN REFRESHMENTS – We can only supply bottled water during this time.
PAYMENTS – We will only be accepting card payments, bank transfer or PayPal for this period
COMPLETE THE COVID-19 TRACK AND TRACE FORM – in addition to our usual consent form, this must be completed in entirety and signed before you are allowed into the tattoo area
